The BioSmart DCR-PV-LCD reader is designed to scan the subcutaneous palm veins of users, creating biometric templates, providing verification and identification of users by the palm veins. The reader can be used in access control systems and as part of other systems that require verification or identification of users by the palm veins. The reader can be put on a tabletop or alternatively can be attached to a wall mount and powered from Ethernet (PoE)
